Two dozen states are thinking of discouraging Judges from consulting Shariah.
That is half of the states in the US of A.
Let us get it right.
You discourage somebody who is either encouraged or is motivated.
It means that Judges in USA, at least half of it, consult Shariah.
And it could be more states-it must be because above figure is for those states who want to restrict their Judges.
So in all probability whole of USA is consulting Shariah.
Now that one should call a revelation.
A tribute to the Fuqaha of Islam-their hard work stands acknowledged by the greatest power seen by the history.
This also means another thing. Whenever Shariah is talked in west they try to present the things in such a way that the audience will think that Islam just borrowed the Roman Law and started calling it Shariah.
The aim is clear-to wear away people from Shariah. Why implement a thing in life if it is just a poor imitation of something else?
But behind the scene something else was happening. They have been consulting Shariah.
And all praise is for Allah Most High for that.
Of course the Republican agenda in the making will oppose it all. Wait and watch.
