Latter will be more true-any Islamic regime allowing famine to take place under its sovereignty will automatically cease to be Islamic.
Democracy can not give any such guarantee-irrespective of what our honourable Nobel Laureate Amartya Sen believes. It is all romanticism. Petis, khokhas, kodas, kalmadis, rajas (whatever is the proper order) will see to it that their interests are above the interests of humanity.
