Muslim population of India, with very conservative and official looking estimates, for the same period will be around 190 millions-above not only Pakistan but Brazil too.
What a shame it is that this group makes negligible contributions to world civilization-in fact it can not even take care of itself. No wonder that present Minister of State for Foreign Affairs E.Ahmed had, nearly a decade ago had taunted during his AMU visit that the great leaders of Muslims of India after independence have been Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, VP Singh and Mulayam Singh.
